Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Device

  Securely pack your Moasure device, including all original accessories and cables, into its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
